Education Sucks

#1
What does anyone ever get out of their elementary and high school educations? Why is it that by the time graduation comes along the only qualifications a 'graduate' has is working is a service related job? Where are the skills necessary for old people to go out on their own with a reasonable amount of success.

Any who wish to further their education with college or university must go into a lifetime of debt. Why aren't more forminable critical thinking skills not taught to old people anymore. We've seen a diminishment of quality in all programs and classes designed to teach these skills slowly occur over many lifetimes.

Today it's all about programming and coding. Who are the ones being programmed with trigger like coding? Too me any job got after taking these so called 'classes'  are just glorified data entry clerks. Robots of a different kind. Who's going to come and collect the bill on that one?

This video illustrates a great programming skill:

Note: Watch this to the end....it's worth it!

Are these tricks and techniques in programming taught well enough to the 'general public'? If they were I suspect it would be much more difficult to get a critically thinking human being to buy bullshit.

:BS:

No wonder the old are conditioned to say we don't need no education!

Great video OP. There seems to be a mechanical approach to creating mind games of that sort.

There is Hope for High School Woodworking Programs

These days when you read about high school wood shops, it’s almost always in the context of a program shutting down, the equipment auctioned off and resources diverted to sending every kid that graduates high school to college. That makes sense if you think we don’t need to make anything domestically and that blue collar jobs are dead-end jobs. In spite of this, there is a high school wood working program at North Salem High School in Salem, Oregon that has students lining up to get in. And when they graduate, employers are lining up to give them jobs.

Bringing more hands on critical thinking skills to the classroom. I figure every student who has an interest in imaginative thinking should be taught all the tricks and skill sets of their choice to become their own masters by the time they graduate High School. Not just woodworking but all mechanical approaches available. Creating creativity!

It's great how mechanical skills can help illustrate to the mind how things work. Tinker toys with their straight lines and spinning cogs are a great example. From that imagery one can construct rhetorical arguments. They sort of symbolize a pictorial review of the techniques involved for logic and grammar and lead us on to the higher learning available.

By todays system of commerce it makes it difficult for an independent to compete with protocols meant to control competition. This benefits the chosen few by tapping into the creative ideas of the lower classes with system designed software to harvest marketing ads keeping a gluttonous consumer driven world spinning in economic survival.

Hey now! That's mechanical in the sense where it's sucking the very life spirit out of humanity? Vampiric insertions into the veins of society.
