Don Quixote 41: Flying a wooden horse

Don Quixote agrees to fly on a magic wooden horse on a mission to rid the duennas of their beards, but his squire is more reluctant. All most amusing for the Duke and Duchess.

The Thread of Time in paintings 1: The Fates

Painting time as a concept is very difficult. Once solution is to show the Fates, as depicted by Rubens, Goya, Burne-Jones, Jacek Malczewski and others.

Interesting Observations Surrounding System Updates & Big Tech Tracking
Posted by: admin - 01-18-2022, 12:26 AM - Forum: Psychology of Mind Control - Replies (6)

What's with all the software browser updates?  Or system patches and upgrades to key components of your computer's operating system?

I have personally noticed over the last six months, a very large spike of software and system updates seemingly 2 to 3 times a week these days. This comment is being echoed across many social media platforms as well from a multitude of people.

It seems browser software in particular is updating every other week with new "updates". I've seen this with Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. How nice of all these big tech companies to be so concerned. After all, they are only trying to make life better for us all. And remember, they would never lie, LOL.

The most noticeable effects of these annoying updates are more tracking programs loaded into system startup. These can be removed but it may or may not make some of Big Tech's valuable services fail or not work at all. This happened to me with Google as I was locked out of their online Drive service. Evidently, they didn't appreciate me taking control of my own system and deleting whatever they added.

I have other observations to add shortly, be sure to bookmark this thread if interested.

Walmart to close over 250 stores
Posted by: BertNicker - 01-16-2022, 12:55 PM - Forum: Citizen Journalist Newsroom - Replies (1)

Wal-Mart to shutter 269 stores, 154 of them in the US

The world's largest retailer is closing 269 stores, including 154 in the U.S. that includes all of its locations under its smallest-format concept store called Wal-Mart Express. The other big chunk is in its challenging Brazilian market.

The stores being shuttered account for a fraction of the company's 11,000 stores worldwide and less than 1 percent of its global revenue. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said the store closures will affect 16,000 workers, 10,000 of them in the U.S. Its global workforce is 2.2 million, 1.4 million in the U.S. alone.

The store closures will start at the end of the month.

GIANT Underwater Volcano Eruption Pacific Ocean Tsunami Alerts
Posted by: admin - 01-16-2022, 02:50 AM - Forum: Here There And Everywhere - Replies (7)

A massive underwater volcano exploded in the Pacific Ocean about 10 hours ago. A tsunami advisory was issued Saturday morning due to a massive undersea volcano explosion in the South Pacific that sent waves rolling east toward the U.S. West Coast. A massive energy surge was generated by a huge explosion of an undersea volcano near the South Pacific island nation of Tonga on Friday. Apparently this could be heard more than 500 miles away.

There are several volcanoes occurring in the Pacific as we speak. This includes an eruption that began yesterday 1/14, in the Aleutian Islands. Wonder if this has anything to do with the crack found in the Earth's atmosphere just a couple of days ago.

Check out MrBBB333 for the best daily sky and earth watching news and reports in a very cohesive format. The report includes solar and space weather as well. Certainly, a bookmark should be made to his Youtube channel. Check out an indepth video on the above story here complete with satellite images.
