Dirty cops?

#1

Quote:
Nice tool for dirty cops to plant dirty evidence to bolster their balloon headed egos.

That's a whole thread all by itself:

An example of what easy victims regular citizens can be. This is just one example of the dirt inside the very entity itself. It is prevalent, it is real, it is psychotic.

A lot are complicit in keeping things quiet only to keep their jobs. Whistle blowers are punished severely.

An exercise in class and authority and even less in culture.

Ready to get pissed? A new device being used by law enforcement scum to steal money from unsuspecting citizens, ERAD, is now actively policing for profit in Oklahoma. Civil forfeiture is defined as when a cop confiscates money and property from a citizen that they have suspicion of prior to arrest, court, seeing a judgem being convicted, or even committing a crime. This is blatant infringement on the constitution.

Stealing! Plain and simple. They'll detain you, take their time to look for any kind of shit. If they find cash? Shit! They'll steal it themselves. F*cking legal scammers. Since when does anyone have to prove innocence?

That does piss me off! Turns them all into traitors. Worse than Judas. Worse than Benedict Arnold. Looks like the devil is going to have to dig a deeper pit to put all the new recruits of swine in. Hmmmmm.....crispy bacon! Going to be crunchy for people real soon.

It's no longer possible to see police officers as individual human beings anymore. They represent a totally corrupt entity created by their masters to inflict the most damage they can on the American people. If any change is going to occur it will have to be done within their ranks.

Leaked police files contain guarantees disciplinary records will be kept secret

A Guardian analysis of dozens of contracts obtained from the servers of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) found that more than a third featured clauses allowing – and often mandating – the destruction of records of civilian complaints, departmental investigations, or disciplinary actions after a negotiated period of time.

The review also found that 30% of the 67 leaked police contracts, which were struck between cities and police unions, included provisions barring public access to records of past civilian complaints, departmental investigations, and disciplinary actions.

FBI tries again to get warrantless access to your browser history

"This bill takes a hatchet to important protections for Americans' liberty," he said.

"This bill would mean more government surveillance of Americans, less due process, and less independent oversight of U.S. intelligence agencies. Worse, neither the intelligence agencies nor the bill's sponsors have shown any evidence that these changes would do anything to make Americans more secure."

The double privacy whammy shows yet more evidence that the FBI is not willing to give up trying to get warrantless access to internet users' histories. Technically, the NSL can only be issued for terrorism or spying investigations, but the FBI has abused such powers in the past.
