The Great Wars of the Twentieth Century - Guest - 08-09-2021 Too many of the younger generation would consider these two documentary series ancient.  Rightly so, considering how history as a subject for education is slowly being eradicated with more politically correct renditions of regurgitated propaganda. Both are in playlist form.  Well produced and very educational.  Better than most documentaries on the world wars.  Good place to get started for deeper reflection and research. <a class="bbc_link" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxK-qR14pVg&list=PLdEBPyoq11-7H07u7iwGM_3l-_QfxFj9B">The Great War -  World War 1</a> <a class="bbc_link" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-yI9D9oZgQ&list=PL3H6z037pboEKhZaLYS879YMuDG8mGuQI">The World at War - World War 2</a>     The Great Wars of the Twentieth Century - Guest - 08-09-2021 These are really good.  Especially the series on World War 1.  Both are detailed and long serial pieces, depicting graphic and dramatic tragedy.  Telling horrid tales of massive destruction and hate.  This is what happens to the common man when profit controls the way forward to ultimate revelation. The Great Wars of the Twentieth Century - Guest - 08-09-2021 Here's a related drama piece telling the story of airmen officers and their Luftwaffe captors in Colditz prison castle.  Pretty damn good.  Oldsters may remember Robert Wagner.  He stars in it, too.  The series is much longer in it's two season run, but these 16 episodes tell the story fair enough.
