Communication Breakdown Open Source Community

So the deal is, you have a bunch of madmen who have shown themselves to be completely incompetent in charge of very high technology and an army of scientists capable of making this technology into all sorts of things.  They have decided the best course is to create Skynet, and put all of the killer drones on it.
 
I am starting to wish Jones was right with his illuminati conspiracy gibberish.  It would be comforting to believe that there was order in this chaos.
