I've often wondered why the major push on the general public is generated towards more consumption. . .
 
It could be the hyper reality mechanisms that are causing negative results with the over consumption attitude it presents. Generating quick memes and light show subliminals geared on increasing our desires. We see what we covet. What better medium to inculcate hypnotic ideas to eat more of everything.
