Is this about prescription drugs?  Side effects which include not remembering what was done while on the stuff?  Here's a question for a lawyer?  Who is ultimately responsible should someone under the influence cause harm to others?  Who knows?  Who cares?  As long as big pharma gets theirs who really gives a shit.
